We were given a bread machine a couple years ago but were not impressed with the product of the pre-mixed g.f. bread flour. We shoved the Breadman in the cupboard (and later the storage unit) never to see the light of day. She continued to eat the store-bought rice toast. After unearthing the Breadman during a recent move, we thought we'd give it another go. Luckily, we found your recipe first! It's hands down the best g.f. bread I've ever had - and one of the best pieces of toast bar none!

My wife is gluten-free (and of course that makes me mostly gluten-free too!), and she also loves toast. My son is allergic to tapioca.
Thanks so much for your response.

Can another type of glutenfree flour be used in place of tapioca flour?<br
